Business and Family: How to Grow One Without Losing the Other
When I relaunched my own business in 2017 after dedicating 4 years to helping someone else build their coaching empire, I grew very quickly.
In fact, my business grew so quickly with one-on-one clients at first that I hit max capacity in about five months.
At the time I was working with a mentor in a 90-day “sprint” like program and I remember saying to him, “Now what am I supposed to do?”
That was the moment I figure out how to build a business model and aligned marketing and sales strategy that didn’t burn me out.
Instead, it opened up my capacity to serve more people while maintaining a high caliber client experience, to have more free time with my family, and maximize my earning potential for years into the future.
This episode is for you if you’re close to tapping out with your existing business model and know it’s time to make a shift.
And while you’re at it, I’m leading a 3-part workshop called The Business Model Makeover on February 6 - 8, 2024.
