Observation vs Intention

How often do we talk to our friends, family, colleagues, even our mentors and coaches from the place of “reporting the news”?

In other words, stating what we see and observe about our current circumstances.

The more time we spend thinking about and sharing what we see and experience, the more likely we are to keep producing the same result.

A frustrating outcome to say the least.

In this episode I’ll share one small tweak you can make that will begin to produce more of what you want and less of what you don’t want.

HIGHLIGHTS:

09:42 - getting really clear on your vision

11:40 - create a 'belief plan' for everything

14:15 - having healthy optimism

18:18 - speaking into the future rather than reporting the news
