Erica Rooney is on a mission to help anyone she meets, break out of their sticky floors and bust through the glass ceiling to live a life filled with purpose, passion, and peace.

She climbed the corporate ladder from an individual contributor role to C-Level Executive - in just under 10 years.  While navigating marriage, motherhood, and the monumental stress that comes with it all, Erica found her “need for perfect” was causing her failure to launch, her fear of what others thought of her was causing a failure to thrive, and her tactic of quieting her anxiety with wine was keeping her from igniting her passion.
